Standard delivery time is 7–10 days from the date of dispatch. Delivery may vary based on location, courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen issues.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before final payment. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be applied automatically where eligible.

3. Order Shipped

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment. You will receive an email/SMS notification once your order has been shipped.

4. Tracking Information

Once dispatched, your order will be assigned a tracking number, which you can use to monitor delivery progress through the courier’s tracking system.

5. Incorrect Address

Gulmera is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team with photos within 24–48 hours so we can assist you promptly.
