Refund Policy – Gulmera
At Gulmera, we value our customers and want you to love every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a refund in accordance with the terms below:
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Certain items, such as sale items, customized products, or intimate apparel, may not be eligible for refunds.
Refund credited
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it. If approved, your refund will be credited within 7–10 days to your original payment method.
Replacement and exchange delivery timeframe will be 7-10 days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
